It's been along time since I wrote. I spent most of June, July & August keeping off my feet and resting to be prepared for the babys arrival.
Well he is here. He came on August 14th @ 2:17pm. He weighed in at 8lbs 12oz. and 21 inches long. He was due on the 20th. Doc changed it to the 11th- and on the 11th I had another sonogram to see how big he was. The weighed him in at 9lbs 10 oz. Doc figured by Monday he would be well over 10lbs. So they scheduled a c-section. I never had one. Althought I did have my tubes untied to get pregnant this time... a c-section is completely different. I am glad it's over and I am on my way to recovery, still. I wouldn't opt for one unless necesssary. Of course he was alot smaller than expected. Only 1 oz bigger than my previously "biggest" baby- Jesse. I really could have had him with ease, naturally.
So we are all adjusting to him and him to us. The kids just love him and it's hard to get them to leave him alone. I can't wait for school to start. I'll have a WHOLE week with just him and me before the daycare kids come back.
Well he is up and hungry-
hopefully I'll be on sooner to tell you all about him.
